1. Acceptance

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Arkman Dynamics Private Limited, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India.

2. Information is indicative, not a quotation

Technical parameters, coverage rates, point densities, durations, accuracy expectations and deliverables described on this site are indicative of services we routinely provide. They do not constitute a quotation, an offer, or a warranty of any particular result. Every assignment is governed by a written scope note, proposal or contract agreed between Arkman Dynamics Private Limited and the client, and in the event of any inconsistency those documents prevail.

3. Survey results depend on site conditions

Achievable accuracy, point density, canopy penetration, coverage per day and anomaly resolution depend on terrain, vegetation, weather, airspace and access conditions, as well as on the availability of reliable ground control. We report the results actually achieved. Nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of a specific accuracy or productivity figure before those conditions have been assessed.

4. Professional and regulatory compliance

Drone operations are conducted in accordance with the regulatory framework applicable to the location and to the flight. Site-specific permissions, inductions, access approvals and client-side safety requirements are obtained before mobilisation. Clients remain responsible for confirming that they have authority over the land or asset being surveyed.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, graphics, the Arkman Dynamics name and logo — belongs to Arkman Dynamics Private Limited or is used with permission, including the SolarMark mark used to identify the joint service offering. You may read, print and share material for your own evaluation or internal business purposes. You may not copy it into another publication, republish it commercially, or use our marks without written consent.

6. Client data and confidentiality

Survey datasets produced for clients remain subject to the confidentiality provisions of the relevant agreement. Project descriptions on this site are presented without disclosing location-specific or commercially sensitive information, and client marks appear only where clearance has been given.

7. Availability

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but it is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of availability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Arkman Dynamics Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or affects the terms of any separate contract for services.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website, subject to any contrary provision in a separate contract for services.
